How do I get started with WA Recall?
Purchase a license key from the home page. You'll receive it instantly by email. Then download the iOS app, create an account using your license key, and scan the QR code to link your WhatsApp account.
Why does it take a moment to capture deleted messages?
WA Recall works by monitoring your WhatsApp Web session. When a message is deleted, WhatsApp sends a notification to all connected devices — this can take anywhere from a few seconds to about a minute. WA Recall captures the message the moment that notification arrives.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your messages are stored on your own private account and are never shared with or sold to third parties. Only you can access your archive using your credentials.
Can I use WA Recall on multiple devices?
Your license key is tied to one WhatsApp account. You can access your archive from any device — iPhone, iPad, or web browser — using your account credentials.
What happens if I lose my license key?
Email us at [email protected] with the email address you used to purchase and we'll resend it to you.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account from within the app settings. All your archived messages and personal data will be permanently and irreversibly removed from our servers. You can also email us to request manual deletion.
Does WA Recall work in the background on iOS?
WA Recall runs as a server-side service — it doesn't need the app to be open. As long as your WhatsApp session is connected, messages are captured automatically 24/7.

Yes. WA Recall runs on a server, not your phone. As long as your WhatsApp session is linked, messages are captured 24/7 regardless of whether your phone is on, off, or in airplane mode.
